Welcome to Monogram. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Monogram, operated by Quantive Consulting LLC (“Monogram,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.
1. The service
Monogram is a scheduling platform that lets you create event types, share a booking link, sync your calendar, and receive appointments. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Monogram.
3. Acceptable use
When using Monogram, you agree NOT to:
- Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
- Send spam or malicious content, or abuse the guests who book with you.
- Attempt to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Resell or impersonate the service without our written permission.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules.
4. Bookings and content
You are responsible for the content you publish (event types, questions, copy) and the appointments you manage. Monogram is a neutral tool: we are not a party to the agreement between you and the people who book with you.
5. Subscriptions and payments
- The Free plan is free. Paid plans (Pro, Teams) are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- Payments are processed by our provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime; paid access continues until the end of the already-billed period.
- Unless the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.
6. Intellectual property
Monogram and its software, brand, and design are our property. You keep ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service.
7. Third-party services
Monogram integrates with third parties (Google, Microsoft, Apple, payment processors, video conferencing). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to keep it stable and secure, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Monogram will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using Monogram and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. After termination, the sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, liability limitations) will remain in effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the domicile of Quantive Consulting LLC, without prejudice to your consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we’ll notify you. By continuing to use Monogram after the update, you accept the new Terms.
